Privacy Policy for Resonali Voice Method

Resonali Voice Method is developed and operated by Resonali LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Resonali Voice Method mobile application.
Information We Do Not Collect
Resonali Voice Method does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the app.
The app does not:

Require an account or login
Request or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses
Access contacts, photos, files, calendars, or location
Use the microphone or record audio
Collect voice recordings or health records
Use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics software
Collect device identifiers
Use artificial intelligence
Connect to a Resonali backend server
Upload activity information to Resonali LLC or any third party

Activity Responses and Check-Ins
Some activities allow users to select responses, rate stress, identify areas of tension, or reflect on their experience.
These responses are used only to guide the activity currently taking place on the device. They are not saved to an account, transmitted to Resonali LLC, uploaded to a server, or used for advertising or analytics.
Resonali Voice Method does not create or maintain a health record.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
Resonali LLC does not receive or store payment-card numbers or other payment credentials. The app receives subscription-entitlement information from Apple on the device only as needed to determine whether access to the full library is active.
Apple’s collection and processing of purchase information are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.
Support Communications
Users may voluntarily contact Resonali LLC at support@resonali.com.
When a user sends an email, Resonali LLC receives the information the user chooses to include in that message, such as an email address, question, or technical details. This information is used only to respond to the request, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, or address legal and security concerns.
Support communications are separate from the Resonali Voice Method app and are not collected automatically through the app.
A user may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting support@resonali.com, subject to any information Resonali LLC must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Resonali Voice Method is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Resonali LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because Resonali Voice Method does not collect or store personal information through the app, Resonali LLC does not maintain app-based user data that can be accessed, exported, or deleted.
Requests concerning information voluntarily submitted through support communications may be directed to support@resonali.com.
Security
Resonali Voice Method was designed to function without accounts, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, audio recording, or transmission of activity responses. This limited-data design reduces the amount of user information exposed through use of the app.
No method of electronic communication or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Resonali LLC may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or business practices.
The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
